INVITATION TO A DELIGHTFUL, EVENTFUL DAY!

Dear Community members,
further to the communication from the Chairman updating you on the progress of Lango Association (UK) Committee; and briefing you on our achievements, plans and intended short term activities; we are delighted to inform you that we are hosting a package of events that is meant to bring our community and families together, consisting of:
  1. Youth Fun day
  2. BBQ
  3. Handover ceremony
  4. Launch of UK projects
  5. Dance and enjoymd by the young people in our Committee; and consequently, this day is officially known as “The Youth Fun Day”. Children and young people are our future; and it is pleasant and reassuring to watch them take the steps to make a difference in the lives of our people.So please come one, come all and seeand give support to our young people’s initiatives. Please encourage your children and young people to come and bring their friends, from different communities.

This entire events day was initiated by the young people in our Committee; and consequently, this day is officially known as “The Youth Fun Day”.

Handover Ceremony
In this ceremony, the previous committee members will officially hand over to the current members. This is an outward show of the inner commitment to work together as a community, and develop ourselves.

Launch of UK projects–
Maximising and realising your scope/potential
Please note the day promises to be insightful and informative. There will be a stall for information for the forthcoming two types of projects for UK. The first will cover 5 – 16 year olds and the second 17 -24 year olds or youthful age groups. Parents with younger children will be asked to provide their contacts so that they keep in contact with the project team. Details will also be provided via the Association website in advance of the starting date, speculated to be September 2013. Find out more from information stall and the project team on that day!
